We made a last minute request to Mr Avgustin for a transport and he diligently provided us with the much needed transport. The Tesla was a 4 x 4, very smooth ride with large luggage space, it was heavily snowing up in Grindelwald but had no problem driving the roads. The return trip from Grindelwald to Zurich was also a 4 x 4 Tesla. We are very happy with the professional service provided, helped us with all the heavy lugagge...I had a very bad fall in Interlaken, bumped my head on the road tarmac and both my wrists were hurting badly, can't handle luggage at all.
