Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through OnTime Transfer GmbH (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide private transfers within Zurich and across Switzerland. The details of each service, including route, price, and vehicle, are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by direct contact. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Responsibilities
We aim to provide safe and timely transfer services. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct pickup information.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave responsibly and follow the driver’s instructions. Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect losses or missed flights/events due to delays outside our control.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
